Finding and downloading assets
Search
Search
Use the search bar to find assets, collections, and metadata terms. Type in generic search terms and apply filters or paste the filename or Arena ID. All relevant assets will be shown in the asset bank. The search bar can also handle operators such as AND, OR, quotes (exact match), and asterisks (wildcards).
Search will look through filenames, asset titles, descriptions, tags, and within the content for certain asset types like PDFs.
The following characters function as a separator meaning certain filenames may not work properly:

Filters are located at the top of the asset bank as labeled drop downs:
Asset Type - type and subtype of an asset as well as size and use type
Platforms & Products - Platform, product, instrument, extension, automation
Research Area - Research area and application
Region - Region and language
Other - Status, Event, Campaign
Advanced - orientation, contributing user, filetype
Tags - User generated tags
Seismic - Published on Seismic and Freestyle
When you click on a filter option, it gets added to the list of filters that you currently use. You can apply multiple filters at the same time.Â
To clear all filters, click the Clear filters button. By clicking the cross icon in each filter you only remove this selected filter.
Downloading
Downloading
Download assets in bulk by selecting them with the check mark and clicking the download icon in the toolbar in the upper right of the interface. The assets will download as a zip package.
You can also download asset by clicking on the thumbnail to go into the asset details, scrolling past the metadata and clicking on the derivative of your choice. Or click "Download all files"
