Intro to Bynder's Schema
Main Filters (bold are required)
Status - Set an asset as released, deprecated, expired. Assets with statuses other than released are only available to contributors
Asset Type - A general asset type that dynamically filters subtype. Select all values that apply.
Asset Sub-type - The specific type of asset (e.g. user guide, email header). Select all values that apply.
Platform - The product buisness unit or corporate. Dynamically filters the product field. Select all values that apply.
Product - The specific product mentioned in the asset. Dynamically filters Product Extension and Automation. Select all values that apply.
Instrument - The specific instrument mentioned in the asset. Select all values that apply.

Seismic - Select Sales Enablement to sync the asset in Seismic (see Publishing Bynder asset on Seismic)

Content Owner - displays the asset contact
Event - the specific event where the asset is used

Tags - add extra user generated custom tags to help users find the asset

Customer facing:
Level 1 - An asset is or will be available to prospects/leads/customers. Access to these assets are not restricted. They can be viewed by all and sent to customers.
Released Distribution Partners and 10x:
Level 2 - Assets available to 3rd Party (NCF - non-customer facing, for Arena assets). Assets are not meant to be consumed by prospects/leads/customers without modification first, or the primary purpose is for sales enablement and training. Assets are downloadable by both 10x and Distributors.
Staged Distribution Partners and 10x:
Level 2.5 - Assets staged to be available to 3rd Party pending legal review. Assets will be moved to Released Distribution Partners and 10x as the asset is approved for 3rd Party. Assets are only accessible by 10x and are downloadable.
Internal 10x Use Only Downloadable:
Level 3 - Assets only available within 10x. Assets are downloadable to accommodate for templates and other assets meant to be modified locally before use.
Internal 10X Use Only:
Level 4 - Assets only available within 10x. Not downloadable in order to best maintain versioning and security.
FAS:
Level 5 - Assets only available to support roles. FAS, FSE, NPT, Tech Support, and Support Distributors have view and download access.
FSE:
Level 6 - Assets only available to service roles. FSE, NPT, and Tech Support have access to view. Download is available for select formats (e.g. templates, .zip, .ctr, .x, .rck, etc)
