send only USD $10-60 per month ($15-35 USD is usually enough), or once every several moths)

to help them kickstart a small chicken-farm & buy seeds&farm-tools to farm-produce
vegetables and fruit from their small-farm(s) in The Gambia, Africa!

The only time they may ask you for more money to be sent is (1) USD $300-450 (or
EUR700) for digging a 10-15+-meter-deep water-well for water-irrigating their
farm-land, or for (2) unexpected emergency medical expenses (e.g. non-fake
emergency malaria injections) or for (3) buying baby-related stuff.
