 But investments in repairs and building of high-quality designer smaller homes and houses-on-wheels (and such house movements via large vehicles) is a lucrative business niche as it is way more affordable than building large buildings that require high bills for maintenence, government taxes, and also for cleaning and repairs.

 Power/energy supply = again, only advances in the renewable energy sector can see the light of day in 2020+ Bulgaria as the Russian Gazprom and the Bulgarian government own most of the energy sector together with cooperation from Turkey and Greece and Germany. The government even started attempts at making its own gas stations to 'fight' the BigBusiness companies in this sector - completely ridiculous!

 Transportation & car manufacturing = Yes, this sector can be developed in Bulgaria but it is mostly owned by people buying cheaper 2nd-hand cars. We can put effort into public infrastructure projects, including small airports and private hot-baloon rides (with safety precautions).
 The electric-cars sector is just starting to flourish in Bulgaria but maybe only some Shell gas-stations in Bulgaria have installed electric-car charging stations, most cars still rely on LPG, diesel and regular petrol-based fuel.
 The military may, however, buy high-quality personnel gear and mid-to-large-sized military vehicles if the price, quality and spyware-lessness is good enough, they have already bought stuff from the USA, Germany, and from the former USSR.
 Sadly, 'The Great Wall' car manufacturing venture from years ago was mostly a failure due to the Chinese investors failing to realize that most Bulgarians are poor to lower-middle-class so they should have provided extremely affordable montly payment installments to buy their cars rather than offering them to the mass market at their straight market value of a new car (e.g. over $15000 USD).

 Mining = Only some larger-scale mining is attempted off the shore of the Black Sea, and except for declining coal mining and the gold mines cheaply given to Canada's Dundee Precious, not much can be mined except for maybe crystals or rare earth elements.
 This needs further research.

 Oil & gas = Again, mostly owned by Russia & Bulgarian oligarchs related to Turkey's Neo-Ottoman interests. 'Southern Stream' and 'Turkish Stream' and import of gas from Russia and atomic fuel mainly from Russia owns most of this sector.

 Right now, that sector is seeing a resurfacing of such machines imported from the USA, Germany, Turkey, and even France, so there is definitely a place for Asian products at sorta cheaper prices but still durable and high-quality within their warranty period +/-3–5 years.

 Small farms for producing high-quality native food, and even rare herbs and spices are yet another underdeveloped sector as is the confectionary (sweets & ice-creams) branch of the food sector.
