I got conditional discharge, I put on all of my boa stuff that I have never been convicted of a crime. I had my finger prints done background check came back clean. I'm coming up on my 6 month mark with the company, so I assume everything came back a-ok. I was in a pool with a ton of applicants and I got picked, I would assume if there was anything they didn't like, I wouldn't have gotten the job, so yeah. I hope that helps.

Pre-Trial Intervention (PTI) is available at the Superior Court or County level and deals with a diversion from an indictable criminal offense.
