Directions

This site is large, with over 110 pages and categories. Here are directions for you for using this site to gather information/find snippets.

DO:

  • For most pages, you will see a 🏷️ Tags icon. Click on it and you will be directed to similar pages under the same tag. For convenience, each page can only have 7 tags at most.

  • See a list of all pages using the πŸ—ΊοΈ Sitemap facility.

  • For different pages, there are sorted into different categories (or parts, whichever one you like). Go through different parts to see what you like.

    • πŸŸ₯ Beginner Tutorials, a list of newbie-friendly beginner tutorials.

    • 🟧 Kodular Tutorials, a collection of Kodular tutorials and guides.

    • 🟨 Guides, generally a set of App Inventor guides and resources to use, such as APIs and inventor tools.

    • ⬛ My apps, where you find some apps that I created for App Inventor and Kodular.

    • ⬜ Extensions, some extension developing resources and material.

    • πŸ”³ My Extensions, a collection of my personal made extensions.

    • 🟩 Snippets, some bits and scraps of examples for App Inventor.

    • 🟦 Others, other unsorted pages about app development, discussion about components, etc.

    • 🟫 Important Links, a list of important links/tools for app development.

    • πŸŸͺ Archives, unlisted but may-be-useful information.

  • Use the Search πŸ” facility at the top-right corner to search for pages you want.

  • For questions, ask in the MIT App Inventor/Kodular community.

  • Read the libraries in the website, e.g. Free APIs directory, FAQ directory, etc.

  • Go through the App Inventor and Kodular documentations.

  • If you have questions but only want me to answer, go to Contact Me > Forms to type your question in the blue Google Form.

  • (optional) Read the Messages box if there is one. I may post important information there.

  • Search Google and the forum if none of these fit.

DO NOT:

  • Spam my inbox/community/my forms with questions.

  • Ignore the terms & conditions / guidelines at the top or bottom.
