2017 Walks
This is the set of 2017 Walks - our members should receive an email or paper copy with contact numbers for the walks, for privacy reasons these are not published on the website, and anyone wanting to come along on a walk is asked to send an email to fenedge.footpathgroup@gmail.com which will be communicated to the walk organiser. This system is currently in process of being replaced by googlegroup email, so please use this group email instead once you have subscribed.
For planning reasons most organisers prefer more than one weeks notice if you'd like to join the walk.

Details:
A winter, morning walk of approx 6 miles, based on Willingham.
Meet on Willingham Green near the library for a 9.30 am start. Finish at approx 12.30pm.

Details:
A walk of about 6 miles starting at RSPB Fowlmere, passing through Fowlmere village, Foxton and Shepreth. Option to either go straight home or to have a packed lunch in the picnic area ar RSPB Fowlemere Nature Reserve/ walk round Reserve.

Details:
An easy 8 mile circular walk starting in Earith, and passing through Bluntisham, Colne and a Trout farm. If it has been raining in recent past, waterproof footwear will be essential. Please bring a packed lunch.
Meet 10am at Earith Community Centre Car Park - just past Old Crown PH, left after red telephone Box as you approach from Willingham end of Earith TL384 748.

A walk of about 10 miles over heathland and into villages with good views (weather permitting). Walking from Therfield Heath Sports Centre car park (alongside Baldock Road), Royston towards Therfield and Kelshall. Please bring drinks and picnic. Toilets available in cafe.
Leaving CVC at 09.10 am. Starting the walk at 10 am in car park (TL347405). Note:Car park likely to be busy, so car sharing from CVC preferred.

Directions: (from Teversham) Head for village centre, with the church around the corner to the left, turn right and take 1st left into Manor Walk, first left again into Stonebridge lane.
