An appointment is for you and your immediate family. Please do not invite multiple families to join you at your appointment. It isn't fair to other groups.  If you would like to bring a larger group, please contact us to make arrangements

U-Pick Rules

*Children will be under direct supervision at all time. Please do not bring more children than you can adequately supervise.

*No pets or other animals are allowed in the orchard. 

*Do not climb trees or ladders

*Pick only from the trees that are designated as ready and available for fruit harvest.

Liability Stuff 

(you will sign this waiver when you make an appointment)

*I recognize and acknowledge that there are inherent risks and hazards involved in picking fruit. I agree to assume all such risks and hazards and bear all costs resulting from this activity, including medical expenses. The following is a non-exclusive list of possible risks that could be encountered while picking fruit:

● Slipping, tripping and falling from wet grass or other obstacles,

● Allergic reactions to an insect bite or sting, or from eating fruit,

● Being poked in the eye by a tree branch,

● Having fruit or branches fall on your body,

● Damage to my property or the property of others,

*I hereby agree to hold harmless and indemnify the Releasees (Steven and Sarah Masterman and Alaska Fruit) from any and all liability for any property damage or personal injury to any third party resulting from my participation in picking fruit on the premises of the Releasees.

This Release Agreement shall be effective and binding upon my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, assigns and representatives, in the event of my death or incapacity; 

In entering into this Release Agreement I am not relying on any oral or written representations or statements made by the Releasees with respect to the safety of harvesting fruit, other than what is set forth in this Release Agreement;

I confirm that I have read and understood this release agreement prior to signing it, and I am aware that by clicking “I have read and agree to the terms above” I am waiving certain legal rights that I or my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, assigns and representatives may have against the Releasees.
