Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) has a set of hosted collaboration services, communication tools, and mobile, desktop, and web-based applications, as well as data storage capabilities.

Sign into office 365 with your College email address to install Office on your laptop.  This will give you access to Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc and you will be able to access your OneDrive account, where you can store and access all your documents on the cloud anytime anywhere.

You can store any type of file in your OneDrive including images, spreadsheets, presentations and more. Storing your files in OneDrive will allow you to share and collaborate with your class mates and lecturer.


Microsoft Credentials

Microsoft offer credentials to help you become a skilled user of their products. This will help you achieve an expert role in a specific area you want to explore. You can access these credential from the Microsoft products page

Webinars and training

The Learning Technologies team delivers webinars on various Microsoft 365 topics. These sessions are bookable for staff through the MyDevelopment platform (please select the SSO Login option).

Instructional videos and guides

When logged into your email, click the grid icon in the top left corner to open the App Launcher. You can choose either to work using the online office apps (slightly more basic versions), or install the full apps on your computer. To install select Office 365 and on the next page you get an option at the top right to install Office.
