Beulah Park Elementary
For the 22-23 school year, our school goals were directly connected to reading, math, instructional leadership, and teacher-parent trust. The academic goals included action steps for improving our chronic absenteeism as well. The strategies put in place made a positive impact, and with refinement and modifications, progress will be made.

Anticipated plans for increased student success for the 2023-2024 school year.
According to data collected over the school year via NWEA, SWIS (office discipline referrals and check-in check-out), teacher input, and classroom assessments, it has been determined that there is a continued need for intense teaching in foundational literacy and math skills. This will be done by refining the implementation of interventions to fill gaps in learning.
To support team-focused work, we will be building collective efficacy amongst the staff.
Social-emotional learning will be a continued focus. Specific time will be set aside for all students to instruction to improve their self-regulation and self-awareness.
