Support Groups

Getting a chance to connect and share with others like yourself can be a great source of support and help.  It gives you the chance to talk about your experiences with people who easily 'get it' as well as being able to hear and share advice with and from those who have similar struggles.  If you think a support group might be for you, check out the links below for some that run within the University.

A monthly online and weekly in person meetup of people who are neurodiverse or just battling distractions. Both staff and students are welcome. 

Online: Last Wednesday of the month, 12.30pm to 1.30pm

In person: Mondays, 12-1.30pm, LFA204 (Library)

Spectrum is a group for those of us who consider ourselves to be on the autistic spectrum. This is an open group, running every fortnight during term time. It's a safe place to meet new people and have fun.
