If you haven't already, you can complete the Disability Services Registration Form to start the process of getting your 'Student Support Plan' in place. You Student Support Plan, will detail the support and provisions the University will provide for you to help support you during your studies.
You will also need to upload evidence with your form, see below for guidance around this.
There are deadlines around when you need to submit evidence in order for individual exam arrangements to be implements. See the Exam Arrangement & Deadlines page for more details.
If you don't have a diagnosis but you think you may have a disability, pop along to one of Disability Services Drop in Sessions to ask them about this and see what the next steps are.
If already have a student support plan in place but you've had a new or updated diagnosis and/or you want to amend the reasonable adjustments on your plan, either:

The best way for you obtain this is to ask your doctor (GP), consultant, or other appropriate medical professional to complete the Disability Evidence Form.
Or you can head along to a Disability Services drop-in session to ask for some guidance.
