Introduction to Photoshop and Food Design

Purpose:

To become familiar with the Photoshop workspace;

Specifically, understand and demonstrate how to use:

• Brush Tool

• Mixer Brush Tool

• Paint Bucket Tool

• Shape Tool

• Gradient Tool

• Eraser Tool

I think the thing that impacted my learning the most during this project was getting used to photoshop. At first, I had no idea how anything worked. The entire layout looked confusing, especially when compared to what I'm used to, and I had trouble finding certain tools, brushes, and settings. However, once I really started to get the hang of it, it became much easier to navigate. I'm now more comfortable with the program and can use it without too much confusion.
