I took this photo while skiing. I shot it from a low perspective, emphasizing my boot while blurring the background. I liked how the snow looked on my bindings and how you coul see the details of my boot such as scrapes and marks that have showed up throughout a few years of wear.
While I was threading my sewing machine I though that it would be interesting to focus on the needle and mechanisms of the machine. I chose a low perspective to catch the small details of the string nd mechanisms an intentionally blurred to background to further prioritize my subject. I liked how the "push" sign was somewhat blurred.
I really wanted to get a close up of the grooves in my record so I used a low perspective to capture the lines in the vinyl. I like how the symbol on the needle is the subject an I like how you can clearly see the small needle in a way you wouldn't be able to from a normal perspective.
