Identity: Backpack Photos

For this photo I took a direct shot of the objects from above. My intention was to find my somewhat daily accessories along with one thing that is considered unusual in my bag. I chose the Constitution for my unusual object. I used objects with red and blue to tie it in nicely.

This photo is taken from directly above. I wanted to show the small array of things in my bag, I used index cards, a book, lip balms, pencils, my backpack, and a pin. I like how the shadows play out and how my items and my backpack each take up about half of the frame.

For this photo I removed my backpack and focused in on the objects I'd picked out. I wanted to pronounce the pink on my book so I specifically chose my bright pink index cards in order to tie everything together. I feel like this photo summarizes my daily supplies and I liked how my pin gave a little bit of unexpected color to bring some interest into the photo.
