I took this photo right before the sunset. I really wanted an analogous photo and these flowers had just bloomed. I really like details of the petals and the contrast against the leaves.

I took this photo while walking around Portland. I noticed this old telephone booth that was bright red. I wanted to get a closeup so that I could show the details of the peeling paint because it showed how many times it had been painted over.

I took this photo before the sunset. I really like the red against the green because I think it is a good contrast. I also really like the lighting and how it makes the details more pronounced.
