I loved this project since I had lots of free range to see objects in really different and interesting ways. I loved our choice of objects, especially with this shell. There were so many different ways to see it and different angles to use. The front photo is my favorite of all since I love how it looks like a snail! I used a variety of light sources and ended up on a top-lit angle, which casts some interesting shadows and darkens the top left corner nicely. This assignment was great for me to become familiar with what Ms Price called "natural edges" which are softer, rounder, or naturally occurring shapes.
