Learning Chinese & Finding Community

In the beginning, I thought that learning Chinese would be a self-paced experience, however, it turned into so much more. With help from my mentor, Mrs. Carrigan, I studied over 200+ vocab words, as well as different forms of Chinese culture. In the second semester, I found myself more on the Administrative side when I joined and became a board member of CAFAM! Finally, I had the pleasure of attending some cultural events that increased my knowledge of Chinese culture.”
