Creating Illusions (Morphing)

Purpose

To learn about the career of a visual effects artist;

To learn how mythology inspires a variety of designs;

To use Photoshop tools to alter and morph animals in a number of ways that build upon basic skills.

I tweaked the coloring of the giraffe to make the colors line up with the photograph of the zebra. I did this by editing the curves, hue, saturation, and brightness of my image. I also used a mixture of the clone tool and the eraser to blend the zebra head with the giraffe body. I mixed a bunch of layers as well, each with a different opacity.
