Criteria for scholarship: Specific standards used to identify qualified applicants:

 Graduating high school seniors with a minimum GPA of 2.75

 Athlete: Football player and/ or Wrestler

 Graduating from Starmount High School or Forbush High School

Applicant must submit the following:

 Application

 Short Essay

Primary Award Criteria:

 Academic achievement, including grades, rank in class, and standardized test scores

 Community/extracurricular involvement

 Leadership

 Awards and recognition

 Work history

 Personal or family attributes

Award restrictions:

 Nonrenewable/ One time gift

Fiscal considerations:

 One annual scholarship

 Value of $1,000

Application procedures:

 Applications are available at the high school counselor’s office.

 Completed applications sent to: Right Mind Corporation, PO Box 502, Eden, NC 27289

 Only one copy of the application is needed for consideration.

 Applications are due by March 31 st . (to school counselor or mail directly to address above)

 Student essay must be submitted with the application.

 The award will be disbursed by check payable to the student and school of winner’s choice
