With this research work I wanted to address the issue of confidentiality in relation to truth in different professional areas with which we deal daily. So, I chose the subject because of my vocation for the legal world and looking for it to have relevance in the current world. To deal with it, I have done a theoretical research and I have talked with different professionals who have allowed me to carry out the report that I have presented as a practical part. Thus, I have been able to analyze how confidentiality relationships between a patient/customer and a professional are treated and the relevance it has at an ethical and legal level. With this I have been able to conclude, among other things, the proximity of this issue to the lack of privacy that exists with our model of society and how it is increasingly difficult to respect these commitments.

Amb aquest treball de recerca he volgut tractar el tema de la confidencialitat en relació amb la veritat en diferents àmbits professionals amb els quals tractem diàriament. Així doncs, vaig escollir el tema degut a la meva vocació pel món jurídic i buscant que tingués una rellevància al món actual. Per a tractar-ho, he fet una recerca teòrica i he parlat amb diferents professionals que m’han permès realitzar el reportatge que he presentat com a part pràctica. Així doncs, he pogut analitzar com es tracten les relacions de confidencialitat entre un pacient/client i un professional i la rellevància que té a nivell ètic i legal. Amb això he pogut concloure d’entre altres coses, la proximitat que té aquest tema amb la falta de privacitat que hi ha amb el nostre model de societat i com cada cop és més difícil respectar aquests compromisos.
