Key activities during the academic year:

• Develop their use of career resources to help them understand their preferences and the options open to them

• Develop their self-awareness by presenting careers related to their expeditionary work during SLCs

• Hear from or talk to expedition experts, stakeholders, representatives from the world  of work

• Share their current intentions for next steps in education and careers, referring to their knowledge base during their Passage Presentation.

• Receive support to make the right decisions around KS4 Pathways

• Have direct input from employers as well as providers of apprenticeships and post-16 education.
