Year 10

Key activities during the academic year:

• Develop a deeper understanding of Post -16 progression, including entry criteria and the different routes to University, Apprenticeships and college.

• Develop their self-awareness and career management skills, including writing a CV

• Experience at least one week in a workplace

• Be interviewed by someone from the world of work

• Attend one-to-one careers meetings supported by their start profile to establish pathways beyond KS4.
