EANS

The Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2021 (CRRSA Act) provides $2.75 billion for the Emergency Assistance for Non-Public Schools (EANS) program, which is part of the Governor’s Emergency Education Relief Fund. You can learn more at https://oese.ed.gov/offices/education-stabilization-fund/emergency-assistance-non-public-schools/ .

The WDE is working to prepare the grant management and payment systems to be able to facilitate the fund distribution process. To receive services or assistance under the EANS program, an eligible non-public school must submit the form linked below to the Wyoming Department of Education (WDE). The WDE must prioritize services or assistance to non-public schools that enroll low-income students and are most impacted by COVID-19.

The WDE has prepared a form to gather information on non-public schools and to secure the required documentation to facilitate the process of reimbursing funds for eligible services and assistance.

If you have any questions regarding this effort, please contact Danielle Netzer, CARES/CRRSA Grant Manager, at danielle.netzer@wyo.gov.
