Open Enrollment for 2026 Benefits: November 1st - 16th, 2025. **ALL employees are required to complete the process!**

Open enrollment for 2026 begins Saturday, November 1st and ends on Sunday, November 16th. All employees are required to review and actively enroll or decline your options for 2026. A number of current benefits (FSA, Dependent Care Reimbursement, HSA) will expire at the end of 2025 if enrollment is not completed; previous selections will not roll over. Elections made during open enrollment will be in effect for all of 2026 unless an employee has an IRS qualifying life event (QLE) during the year.
All changes made to health plans during open enrollment will be effective on January 1, 2026. Changes to American Fidelity products will be effective Feb 1, 2026.
An email with instructions to complete the process and links will be emailed to all employees on Saturday, November 1.

Medical | Dental | Vision Rates

There will be no increase in medical insurance rates in 2026.
Dental will remain $1 Annually
Vision will remain $1 Annually
Medical premiums are collected 1 month in advance. If you are a new enrollee for 2026, you will see your first premium deduction at that time.

Anthem Medical Plan - High Deductible Plan 1 (HDHP1)

Additional catch-up contribution for ages 55+ remains at $1,000
You will choose your per pay HSA deduction amount during the online enrollment process. New HSA accounts must be opened online through UMB Bank by December 20, 2025.

American Fidelity - Optional Benefits
During the enrollment process, you will be offered a number of optional benefits through American Fidelity in addition to medical | dental | vision. It is highly recommended that you visit the American Fidelity page on our benefits website to learn more about these options.

The effective date for health benefits selected during open enrollment will be January 1, 2026. American Fidelity products will be effective February 1, 2026.
What is NOT part of the open enrollment process?
Group Life Insurance Policy & Group Long Term Disability
These policies are automatically in place for full time employees and are effective for the duration of employment. These do not require annual enrollment and are separate from optional American Fidelity products offered during open enrollment.
Retirement Accounts
Retirement contributions can be changed any point during the year and are not part of the open enrollment process.
