You must enroll within 31 days of your hire date. Coverage begins on the first day of the month following the deduction of one month's premium and receipt of the required enrollment forms.
All full time employees have the opportunity to enroll in / change / verify benefits each fall during open enrollment. Open enrollment for 2026 benefits will take place November 1st - 16th, 2025.
Please carefully review the instructions before starting the process. The password changes each year.

Reminder
Full Time employees have automatic Life Insurance and Long Term Disability Insurance policies paid by Westfield Washington Schools.
These policies are effective during your employment and do not require enrollment during this process.
