Greetings Schoolcraft Families,
As the hustle and bustle of the holidays starts to take over, please do not forget the importance of ATTENDANCE. As of November, the State of Michigan is requiring us to count attendance as usual. You will start to receive attendance calls and letters if attendance becomes an issue. Please have your child log on to their Google Meets as much as possible. If you miss a meet due to a doctors appointment, please email the office with proof so we can count the absence as excused. If you miss a meet due to another conflict such as your work schedule, your child can count as " attending class" for the day if they make up all of their missing work and turn it in to the teacher. The work is always available on the google classroom. Please call the office at 248-623-6211 if you need help navigating the google platform. We have Virtual After School tutoring available from 3-6pm most nights. Call the office if you would like to sign up for a time.
On behalf of the entire Schoolcraft Staff, please enjoy a safe and happy holiday season. We are counting down the days until we can see students back to school face to face.
Your Partner,
Alexandra Velez Ed. S

Last Year's Yearbook Cover:
Thank you to the Girl Scouts and Schoolcraft Families who adopted children in need through our Giving Tree.
Student Leader, Emily Pruehs, organized and collected Toys for the Toy Drive she set up. She made the flyers, advertised and will deliver the toys to LIghthouse. Thank you Emily for your contribution to our community.
Thank you for donating your gently used shoes to those in need. There is still time to donate. Just drop off at the Schoolcraft Office.
Fourth Grader, Kyle Wingate, organized a Lemonade Stand this summer to help his School. He decided to use the money he earned to shop for toys to donate to the Toy Drive this Christmas.
