Description
Students will dive deeper into mediums, surfaces, techniques, content and concepts. Students will learn and practice using the visual language and start developing a visual voice. This course provides an opportunity to experiment, develop technique and work with multiple mediums. Emphasis is placed on experiences with elements of art, exposure, styles and concept development for future art courses in order to grow and enhance the student's abilities.

Description
This upper level course is designed for students who wish to further develop their artistic skills and techniques. This course is recommended for students who wish to develop a portfolio for college. Students will be encouraged to expand their creative ideas through three main categories: Sketchbook, Selected Works, and Sustainable Investigation. It is expected that students will submit a portfolio for the AP exam in the spring.
