You will NOT be able to participate until these forms are completed.
You will also need a current physical, any physical after May 12th will work. Turn those into Coach Ropelato, Coach Flores, or Coach Hoskins.
Participation Fees = $125 ($65 District, $10 Bus, $50 Equipment)

If you plan to take your students straight from the track meets and not have them ride the bus home. You will need to fill and submit the forms below so we have them on file.
