Wheel Date Selector

Code in html, css, and javascript a random date selector that is complete, self-contained, and embeddable. This game is to be used to help me select a random, non-repeating month and day to award the person whose birthdate is on or closest to the selected month and day a small recognition prize. Include two wheel selectors similar to the uploaded image. Allow the user to click a SPIN MONTH button to spin the month wheel. Include the names of all 12 months on the wheel with a red indicator to mark which month is selected at the end of the spin. Create a second wheel with a  SPIN DAY button with the correct number of dates for the given month. The wheel should show January with 31 days while September will only have 30. Don't allow June or any other 30 day month to select a 31.  Gray out the 31 for those months with 30 days and gray out the 30, and 31 for February. If the wheel lands on a day not included in the month advance to the next available day. For February, include 29 days to include leap year.  Play tones similar to those created when dialing a cell phone as the wheel spins. Allow the wheels each to spin for up to 4 seconds. Don't allow any date to repeat until all 366 days are used. Use a professional navy blue, white, black, and gray theme for a professional look. Make the wheels large enough to be seen on a computer screen.
