Code in html, css, and JavaScript a self-contained, complete, and embeddable Tic-Tac-Toe Game. Create a 3 by 3 grid. Allow player one to add an O and player two to add an X. If either player aligns 3 O's or X's either vertically, horizontally, or diagonally, play a celebration trumpet sound and show falling confetti. It neither player can win, when the grid is filled play a meowing cat sound. Allow the game moderator to choose whose turn it is by selecting a player 1 or player 2 button on the main screen. Use a navy blue, gray, white, and black color scheme. Add a scoreboard and a restart game button.
