1. Task 1: Assignments Check IN

Log into infinite campus
Look at assignments for math class
For any missings/ 0s/ incomplete ...
- In your spiral create a TO DO list...
  - Date of assignment (this will help you find links on here)
  - Name of Assignment
  - Current Status (missing, 2.5/10 incomplete, etc.)

Task 2: Complete To DO List of Assignments

a. Write name of assignment in spiral

b. Use the date of assignment to find the link on here

c. Complete assignment and send email of what you did to me

PSA: For all videos be sure to write down all the guided examples in SPIRAL (must have notes- he writes it you write it)

Task 3: IF you did not do this FRIDAY....

Exponent properties with quotients Video Notes

Stop Video at 5 min. 30 seconds ( extra credit to do rest of video)

a. If he writes it, you write it (pause video throughout)

b. Color Coding (Writing notes to yourself are helpful)

c. Email/Text a picture of the notes you write down (all examples)

Exponents Summary

I can identify and apply the properties of integer exponents to generate equivalent numerical expressions.. 8.EE.1

Agenda:

Task 1: Negative Exponents

Write what you need but the purpose of this is to solidify the rules of exponents and solidify your conceptual understanding

Exponents Checkpoint and Introduction to Square Roots

calculate the square root of perfect squares. 8.EE.2

Task 1: Exponents Checkpoint (calculator allowed)

a. Write original expression and work showing you know your properties

b. Submit after completed (if needed one redirect will be assigned)

Task 2: Square Roots of Perfect Squares (calc allowed)

If it won't start move gray/red dot (time tracker) to left and it works
