WORLAND — The Worland Warriors wrapped up their football season with a 21–12 win over Kemmerer, finishing the year with a 3–5 record.
Head Coach Josh Heinimeyer said he’s proud of the progress his team made.
“We started the season with a lot of older guys who didn’t have much experience,” Heinimeyer said. “They worked hard, asked good questions, and we saw improvement every week.”
He credited Kaden Schauble, Maddux Cole, Gunner Mascaro, and Johnny Kiser for stepping into new roles and helping lead the team.
Heinimeyer also gave a shoutout to Easton Peterson for filming every home and away game, calling him “awesome” for his dedication and support.
The Warriors’ strong finish capped off a season of growth, hard work, and determination.
