In your Professional Developmental Journal (PDJ), analyse a range of models of reflective practice. Apply the selected one(s) to structure your account and justify why you chose this model(s) supporting this with evidence of your research. This Journal should continue throughout the unit and should be completed weekly.
Identify areas for development and undertake a minimum of 20 hours of appropriate professional development opportunities that meet your needs and improve your wider professional practice.
Evaluate your progress and create an action plan for further development.
