Link ideas in the paragraphs into a more cohesive ‘flow’
Consider and analyse your own role and responsibilities in education and training (criteria 3.4 is often not addressed)
Describe briefly the What? but focus more on reflection and the So what? setting yourself clear targets for the Now what?
Improve paragraphing
Make more clear references to the theory, more in-depth reading is needed
Use more teaching & learning jargon e.g. scaffolding, differentiation, inclusion, meeting learner needs, assessment (for learning = formative), planning for learning, self-assessment, peer-assessment, think pair share, pedagogy, questioning, task, stages, basic skills, embedding, inclusion, etc
Review your Harvard referencing
Proofread you work for spelling errors, punctuation
Add more consideration to how inclusive your practice is and what you can do to make it more inclusive (e.g. differentiation PLEASE SEE SOME OF THE ATTACHED RESOURCES ON INCLUSION IN GC (the last page is a checklist on how inclusive your practice is which should give you ideas on how inclusive exactly your micro-teach was).
Use transition words to move from one idea to the next, e.g. Another point is that ..., Moreover,... However,...
