February 16, 2018 - Today is a Gold Day

All NYSSMA registration forms are due to music teachers today.

Today is the last day to submit the balance of $50.00 for the 8th grade field trip to see SpongeBob SquarePants in NYC. Please be sure to submit your payment by the end of the day today. Thank you.

The Junior Chefs will be meeting Tuesday, February 27th to make Bubble Pizza. Sign up in Mrs. Ciangetti's room 301. First come, first serve.

We are now accepting registration for the Winter Enrichment Program. These great classes offer activities like Building Rockets, Computer Coding, Theater classes, Cooking and more. Extra brochures can be found in the main office. Registration is due February 27th. Sign up with a friend!

Science Olympiad t-shirts will be ordered Friday after school. Please make sure you placed your order on the classroom link.

Attention all students and faculty: What's your talent? Whatever it is, we want you to share it with us at the Student Council's Talent Show on Friday, March 16th. Check out the Student Council Info and Forms Classroom for more information today. Permission slips will be due Thursday, March 1st which is the Thursday after we get back from break, so don't hesitate. Teachers are welcome to perform as well!

Attention Science Olympiad members, Mrs. Feruzzi and Mrs. Miller will be at the school on February 20th at 9:00 for any events that need the time to practice. We will be here until 11:00. Please come if your group needs the time and you are free. There are only a few practices left before the competition. Also All paperwork is due the Monday after break.

The Elizabeth McNamee Memorial Cell Phone & Ink Cartridge Fund Drive has begun and will continue through May 25th. If you have any old cell phones or ink cartridges and would like to discard them, please bring them to the front lobby desk. There will be a box provided for their disposal. Thank you for your support.

Attention All Students: This is the last week to donate winter clothes. Please help The Student Council by donating any new or gently used winter clothing. The bins are down in the main lobby. Thank you to everyone who has already donated. Even though the bins are pretty full, we are still accepting.

There will be a mandatory Honor Society meeting after school in the auditorium on Thursday. Please see Mr. Lu in room 212 if you have any conflicts.

Attention all students who handed in permission slips for the Winter Dance - Unfortunately the dance is cancelled due to low interest. The Student Council has a meeting this Wednesday afternoon, so they will organize the returns and you will receive your money back Thursday morning in advisory. Again, the dance is cancelled this Friday due to low interest. The next Student Council event is the Talent Show which takes place on Friday, March 16th. Permission slips and info will be posted this Friday in the Student Council Info and Forms Classroom.
