Today we recognize Autism Awareness Day! Autism is a different way of thinking, learning and experiencing the world. The purpose of this day is to increase understanding and acceptance of people with autism, and to promote kindness, inclusion and support in our community. Today is a great opportunity to learn more, be patient and show understanding. Small actions can make a BIG difference!
Attn 7th & 8th grade students: Looking for a fun way to earn community service hours? Come on down to the main office and sign up to volunteer for the West Islip little league snack shack. When signing up, please include all your information and email Ms. Engler. *Be sure to include name, grade, email and what days you are available. Volunteers are needed starting Saturday, April 11 and games run through Saturday, June 13. Please come to the main office today to sign up and make sure to tell a friend, we appreciate your help!

The Student Council Easter Egg Sale starts on TODAY! The Eggs will be available during your lunch periods today, tomorrow and Wednesday until all the eggs are sold. Each egg is $2 and will be filled with candy and comes with a chance to win $5 or $10. Bring money in for a chance to win some cash or get a sweet treat!
West Islip Varsity Kickline will be hosting a clinic for students in grades 3rd through 12th on Saturday, April 18th, from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM at West Islip High School. Parents and guardians can register through MySchoolBucks and by completing the Google Form posted on our social media pages. The registration deadline is April 13th. Reach out to Coach Emma Iehle with any questions.
