The following are our district goals for the 2025-2026 School Year and final report numbers:
YEAR 2 of implementation = From Awareness to Action!
GOAL: By the end of the 2025-2026 school year, we will increase the percentage of 12th-grade students who successfully complete the required coursework to earn CTE Completer status from 31.6% baseline to 37% target.

GOAL: By the end of 2025-2026, we will increase the percentage of Grades 3-12 students who will respond favorably to the Spring Panorama Survey on Emotional Regulation from 76% (baseline Fall) to 85% (target Spring) .
GOAL: By the end of 2025-2026, we will increase from 20% (baseline) to 40% (target) of 9th-12th students pass the TSI test.

CCMR Mentor for the spring semester for small group TSIA Review, follow up on CCMR indicator and college readiness checklist
TSIA curriculum writing for English I through English IV and math bell-ringers and content-specific practice exams.
EdSpire partnership: Staff training on using EdSpire to access TSIA data and student growth.
SchooLinks partnership: Implementation for central tracking of CCMR, college readiness, and graduation (CTE completers, IBC, course selection).
Updated our Tier 1 advising based on (Student Empowerment Advisory Curriculum) Panorama Data and Lone Star Governance Goals:
Embedded SchooLinks into our curriculum 8-12th
Updated computers in CCMR Centers
Extended screen for FAFSA nights and advising sessions
SEL Toolkits for Tier 2 support, to support elementary through high school
