In this standard, students count forward within 100 from a number other than one without having to go back and start at one.
Note: While this standard, does not involve the recognition of numerals or writing numerals, students who are not yet able to independently demonstrate these skills may benefit from visuals with numbers printed on them such as a number path or a hundreds board (chart).
