If you or your student are having difficulty with technology related aspects of virtual learning, we are here to help. Some issues can be addressed by the teacher or at a building level. Other issues will require the assistance of the Tech Help Desk.

Contact the Tech Help Desk if...
A district device is not working
Your student's username and/or password, obtained from the teacher, isn't working or needs to be reset
A district device is prompting you to update or install anything
A district device breaks or is lost
The teacher can't assist and recommends contacting the Help Desk.
