Teachers will use Google Classroom to deliver remote instruction. Each classroom will be customized by your student's teacher. Google Classroom is a popular online learning platform because it allows teachers to post a variety of assignment types and resources. For information on how to use Google Classroom, please see the video below.

Yes. Teachers will be available to make video contact with students every day during one school period, or forty minutes. This will be at a consistent, pre-arranged time. Teachers will also be able to answer questions posted to their classroom or respond to emails - however, teachers have students in front of them in their classroom Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, so replies will most often not be immediate.

Teachers will post instructional videos and learning assignments every day for remote learners to complete. Instructional videos will be created by the grade level team to teach the content students will engage with as they complete assignments.

- Providing a quiet place to work free from TV and most distractions
- Helping younger learners log in and click on the assignments for the day.
- Helping younger learners ask their teacher questions if more support is needed.
- Arrange for your child to be present for the class live video instruction each day.
