Dismissal Procedures

If you are going to be picking your child up from school, please park across the street and walk into the front bus loop. We will have two separate parent pick up locations this year, the main entrance and our former parent pick up location which is located to the right of the main entrance. Parents will be asked to wait in a socially distanced line at their designated alpha location which will be clearly marked. There will be clearly labeled waiting locations as well as exit locations to regulate the flow of all students and families.

Any child that will attend day care or Colonial Youth after school will wait for their provider in the cafeteria.

Students that are taking the bus home will exit the building from two separate doorways. Class walking routes will be established in order to allow for social distancing amongst cohorts in the hallways and in the bus loop. All students will travel in the same direction around the bus loop to eliminate bidirectional traffic. This year, all buses will be in the back bus loop.
