Crash Course World History videos: 21, 22, 23
In this unit, we will be examining the transition of European/Western history from the Medieval era and the foundations of the modern era, including social/cultural, political, economic, and ideological changes. Emphasis will be placed on how these changes influence future periods of history, in many different places, including the current day.
This unit is the first one that follows the text, and so most homework will be based on a section of a chapter and will correlate with class notes and discussion. Reading quizzes will be given for each section of the chapters in which there is homework. Don't forget to maintain your Quizlet vocabulary lists (see the link at the bottom left of the screen).

Remember, a full heading is your first and last name, the course and period (International Studies and period), the teacher's name (Mrs. Bradley) and the date the assignment is due. The correct and complete heading is worth 10% of the grade... be sure you've got it right!
