Requirements and Rubric

Your research will focus on the Middle Eastern region since the end of World War II. You will be assigned to research in either in Israel/Palestine, Iran/Iraq, or Afghanistan/Pakistan.

1. For your research, you need to describe the following:
   1. the place and time
   2. the culture, society, politics and economics of the people
   3. the events or actions, the protagonists and antagonists (look up the definitions!)
2. Evaluate the involvement (or lack of) the regional and international governments, private groups/organizations, and the UN

The above topics will be addressed in the Slide/PowerPoint presentation, and be counted on your quarter 4 grade.
