While participating in the, 2-year Teacher Induction Program, teachers with a Preliminary Credential work towards mastery of the California Standards of the Teaching Profession (CSTPs) through the creation and implementation of a Teacher Individualized Learning Plan (TILP). The goals within the TILP are designed to be research based and focused on improving classroom practice through the development of the CSTPs.
