While participating in the Administrative Services Induction Program, participants work towards mastery of the California Professional Standards for Education Leaders (CPSELs) through the implementation of growth goals over the course of various Inquiry Cycles, as part of the Individualized Induction Plan (IIP).
Completion Requirements
Candidates must participate in the Administrative Services Induction Program for 2 years.
Candidates must meet with their coach for a total of 40 hours per year.
Candidates must attend 20 hours per year of professional learning in support of the Individual Induction Plan (IIP) and district goals.
Candidates must assemble a digital portfolio showing evidence of growth based on the CPSELS.
Candidates must participate in the program evaluation process and reporting procedures.
