By participating in the WUSD Teacher Induction Program, candidates will develop their teaching practice through focused inquiry cycles consisting of goal setting and reflection, with the support of their Induction Mentor, targeting areas of need within the California Standards of the Teaching Profession (CSTPs) with the purpose of collecting evidence of their overall growth as an educator.
