One of my best experiences in Grade 9 was joining MUN. After a few months of going to MUN club meetings and practicing the structure of how debates run, I went to my first BKKMUN conference in ISB. I was the delegation of Egypt in the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC). Being a first-timer, I was both nervous and excited about the conference. A challenging thing that I found in the conference was working together with the other delegates to make the resolution paper that would be debated afterwards. During the debate, I learned a lot from the other experienced delegates and I was inspired by the amount of confidence they had while speaking. All in all, the BKKMUN conference was a really good experience for me and in the future, I can improve in the conferences by speaking with more confidence during the debate.
