In the past summer and in our Grade 9 Midterm break, COVID-19 cases were increasing rapidly in Thailand which caused a lot of departmental stores, parks, gyms, and schools to close down. As school was closed, to deal with the boredom at home, I started cycling around my neighborhood. This helped me clear my mind and get some fresh air.. Doing an outdoor activity like cycling was needed for me because it was an escape from home for 30 minutes as a lot of teenagers spend their whole day at home sometimes.
