WMS is proud to have experienced and dedicated administrators as a part of its infrastructure. The principal, assistant principals, and department heads, both building based and K-12 department heads, collaborate regularly to insure that the school runs in an organized and efficient manner throughout the school year. Together, these administrators comprise the WMS Leadership Team. The team meets weekly for continued forward planning, school-wide problem solving, collaborative and large-scale planning, and overall support for each other and the work of the school and district.

Each of our two Assistant Principals support six teaching teams, serving half of the student population each. Entering sixth grade your child will be assigned a House which includes a designated Assistant Principal and Counselor. Our Assistant Principals support two Houses, two Clusters and two Teams, so they will be available to support you and your child throughout your WMS experiences.
