Information for the 2024-25 School Year

Welcome Wellesley Middle School Incoming Grade 6 Families!

All forms due no later than Friday, April 12, 2024

Below are required steps:

Please complete the online "Course Selection" process AFTER your 5th grade parent conference,  no later than Friday, April 12, 2024. For course descriptions, please access our WMS Program Of Studies 2024-25 . 


It is important for us to know your child's top interests for priority courses and electives in case we need to make a schedule adjustment. 

Below are options steps:

Please complete this optional form to express any "serious concerns" that might influence your child's placement. Note: submitting a serious concern should only be made to communicate that extreme social, emotional, medical or physical challenges exist. Our placement process does not honor preferred placement with friends or teachers. 

Please complete this optional form if you would like to communicate information about your child that is not considered a "serious concern."
